We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchanges. Please review our policy below for details on eligibility, conditions, and how to start a return or exchange.
14-Day Return Window
You can return any item purchased from anuashop.com for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending items back to us. Please reach out to us at info@anuashop.com to begin the return process.
Return Conditions
- Sealed and Unused Products: To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original, sealed packaging—unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that are opened, used, or unsealed may not qualify for a full store credit or exchange.
- Original Packaging: Please include any gifts or promotional items received as part of the order.
- Inspection: If we determine an item has been opened, used, or is otherwise non-resalable, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer partial store credit only.
Refunds & Store Credit
- No Cash Refunds: For hygiene reasons, we do not provide cash refunds on returned items. All returns will be processed as store credit for future purchases on our website.
- Issuance of Credit: Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product(s). The credit amount will be adjusted according to any promotional discounts applied to the original order.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, we will issue store credit upon receipt of your returned product. You can then use this credit toward another purchase of your choice.
- All exchanges are considered final sales and cannot be refunded once processed.
Return Shipping Costs & Proof of Return
- Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse the cost of return shipping.
- Proof of Return with Signature: To ensure your return is received, please use a trackable shipping service that requires a signature or proof of delivery. You are responsible for providing a valid tracking number.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees (including any signature confirmation or insurance) are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Gift Exchanges
- Store Credit Only: Gifted items can only be returned or exchanged for store credit.
- Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available for gift items, and gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
Promotional Sets & Bundle Returns

- Returned Together: You will receive store credit for the entire bundle.
- Returned Separately: You will receive a proportionate store credit based on the individual item’s price.

Promotional Offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free):
- Returned Together: You will receive store credit for the entire promotional set.
- Returned Separately: Store credits will be calculated based on the adjusted value of each item after applying the promotion (e.g., 80% store credit per item if part of a ‘Buy 2 Get 1 Free’ promotion).
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized, Personalized, or Bulk Orders: These items are non-refundable.
- Mystery Products & Free Gifts: Not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Normal Wear & Misuse: Items damaged through normal wear or misuse cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@anuashop.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will assess eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Shipping and Delivery Issues
Once your order has shipped, we cannot alter shipping addresses or delivery details. For any shipping issues, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
