If a specific model is only available in a certain warehouse, your order may be shipped from a different country. This helps us ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak sales periods or if the product is in high demand, processing times may be extended to 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Customs and Duties
All items are imported on behalf of the buyer/consignee. By purchasing from AnuaShop, you authorize us to import your items and manage any customs procedures. If there are any additional charges or customs duties required by your government, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. You can track your order’s journey through our tracking page using the provided tracking number.
Delays and Issues
While we strive for fast and reliable shipping, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as busy shipping periods, customs processing, or weather conditions. If your order is delayed beyond 21 business days, please reach out to us at info@anuashop.com and we will do our best to assist you.
If your tracking information shows “No Information Available,” please allow 2-5 business days for the tracking to be updated. For any other tracking issues or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
Lost or Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please double-check your billing and delivery addresses before placing your order. If you realize there is an error in your address, contact us within 24 hours at info@anuashop.com. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to update the address, and any return or reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or notice that an item is missing, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@anuashop.com. Include your order number, a photo of the items you received, and the shipping label. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Cancellations and Order Changes
You can cancel or modify your order within 7 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to make changes as your order will likely be in the processing stage. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Please email us at info@anuashop.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION" to initiate a cancellation request.
Returns and Refunds
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, we will offer a refund, less any shipping costs incurred. You also have the option to have the package reshipped at your expense once we receive it back at our warehouse.
Shipping Exclusions
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, and most of the world. However, we are unable to ship to certain countries, including French Polynesia, Russia, and China, at this time.
